Yes. Pay once for Standard or Premium and your site stays live through your wedding and beyond. No monthly subscription, no surprise renewals, no card-on-file.
What happens if I only use the Free plan?
You can build, preview, and tweak your site forever at £0. You just can't publish it to a live URL or collect RSVPs until you upgrade to Standard.
How long does my site stay live?
Your site is yours to keep. We host it through your wedding and beyond — so you can share photos and the guestbook with friends and family for years after the big day.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — we offer a 14-day refund window on any paid plan, no questions asked. After that, your site stays live and you can reuse it for a new date at no extra cost.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Premium later?
Yes — you'll only pay the difference (£40). Features unlock instantly.
Do you take a cut of gift contributions?
Zero. Most wedding platforms take a cut on cash funds and honeymoon contributions — typically a few percent off the top. We don't. Your registry is a set of payment links to wallets you already use (Revolut, Monzo, PayPal, Venmo, and more), so every penny goes directly to you. We never touch the money.
Is my data safe? Where is it stored?
We're UK-based and GDPR-compliant. Guest data lives on European servers, we never sell it, and you can export or delete everything from your dashboard.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, on Premium. Point any domain you own (yourwedding.com, thejones.co.uk, anything) at your site with one DNS record.
